Tough Corp, in conjunction with its business partners, provide a range of Professional Services that are designed to address the specific needs of enterprise and vertical market customers. Basic programs are included with the purchase of system from Tough Corp, while others are fee, project based:

• Pre-Purchase Consultation - team of experienced technology specialists assist in defining the optimal rugged mobile computing configuration to meet project requirements.
• Master or Golden Imaging - joint development of the approved, golden software image that is required for a field deployment. Once approved, image is loaded and functional tested on each device as part of the deployment process.
• Deployment Programs - creation of comprehensive deployment plans, management of deployment teams during the pilot, fleet installation,training and implementation project phases.
• Installation Programs - police vehicles, fire trucks, EMS vehicles, forktrucks, fork lifts, mobile communication carts, diesel line trucks, etc... Begins with fleet audit, followed by creation of optimal in-vehicle configuration, vehicle install and fleet install management or execution.
• Activation of Next G, EVDO, CDMA, GPRS,etc) communication packages for themajority of Telecomunications providers in Australia and New Zealand
• Other Programs - Hot Spares, On-SiteService.
