RMA - Tough Corp have a Returned Material Authorization system for the occasions when you may not have access to the online portal or require direct interaction with support staff.
Online RMA - An online Returned Material Authorization Request form to start the Tough Corp RMA process.
Order Tracking - Track the status of your Rugged Laptop, Rugged Tablet, Rugged UMP, Rugged PDA or Rugged Keyboard through the online tracking request form, Information will be provided on the ETA, shipping status or any other information that you may require.
Product Registration - Tough Corp automatically register all devices purchased on the TCRMA web portal, so at any time you may login and check when your rugged laptop, rugged pda or rugged camera’s warranty expires. Additionally you may log an online RMA or track the status of an existing repair.
