  32. Time & Materials – Terms & Conditions

    1. For normal Time & Materials repairs, Toughcorp will prepare a formal itemized quotation.
    2. Quotation valid for 30 days.
    3. For unaccepted quotes, unit will be sent back unrepaired and a fee of $75.00 AUD + freight excl GST applies.
    4. Flat Rate repair is for a single failure.
    5. Flat Rate repair best endeavor 5 days turnaround from date of receipt of product.
    6. Invoice to be paid with 30 days from date of invoice. >30days incurs 1.5% per month interest on any undisputed amount.
    7. A deposit or full payment may be required for customers who do not have an Account with Toughcorp.
